Position Description:
The nurse's responsibility includes collecting client health data and working with the patient/family in the patient's home. Must work closely with RN's and teams to achieve goals. Qualified candidates must be committed to providing outstanding care and possess the following qualities: detailed oriented, honesty, flexible, organized, open-minded, be a team player, and have proficient computer skills. This position is a permanent full-time position.
Educational Requirements:
One-year experience as an LPN required
Homecare experience preferred
Requirements:
One weekend every 3-4 weeks
Strong communication skills
Exceptional assessment skills
Proficiency in medical EMR preferred
Driver's license in good standing, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance are required
Ability to provide trusted, compassionate and expert care
