Our continued rapid growth presents many employment opportunities for exceptional men and women who are NJ-licensed CHHAs and CNAs. Our Visiting Angels office specializes in Long-Term assignments. This provides our clients with the continuity of care they want and also helps our employees have greater financial stability. Our friendly Care Management Team ("CMT") professionals work full-time, Monday through Friday, counseling and assisting not only our clients, but our Home Care employees as well. Our CMT professionals staff assignments on a case-by-case basis by thoroughly reviewing our clients' needs and then carefully matching them to our Home Care employees who best meet the experience level, personality and other factors required for the assignment. We never want our employees to be in "over-their-heads" or surprised to learn there are pets or smokers on their new assignment, for example.
